Delivery timelines shown on the website (e.g., 1–2 days for Delhi NCR, 3–5 days pan-India) are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any visible damage to the package should be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos, so we can assist promptly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
