Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver orders placed on dhaarisutra.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days from dispatch
• Rest of India: 3–5 business days from dispatch
• Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer, or may not be eligible for delivery — this will be indicated at checkout.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1,299. Orders below this value will incur a shipping charge, shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes. A COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partners typically make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after these attempts, the order may be returned to us, and for COD orders repeated non-delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders for that account.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery, or report it to our support team within 24 hours with photos, so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
